A furniture shop will today formally launch a pop-up store with a preview of a new home collection.
Exclusive Home, which has a main shop on Reid Street, has opened up in the lower level of Washington Mall.
Exclusive Home, part of the Exclusive Group, which also owns event and party planners Exclusive Events and Exclusive Flowers, will use today to showcase Moe’s Home Collection.
Exclusive Group owner Steven Faries said: “We are extremely pleased to open the new pop-up store in the heart of Hamilton as well as partnering with the Moe’s Home Collection line.
“This partnership gives us the ability to offer an innovative line of home decor items to Bermuda in keeping with affordable prices.
“We have been have very successful with our events company and our retail store on Reid Street, so we hope this store is also well-received.”
Exclusive Events has been running for eight years, while the flower business has been open a year.
The two firms offer event decor and rental products for weddings, corporate events and other celebrations.
Mr Faries said that Exclusive Home was born out of requests from rental and event clients looking to purchase furniture and other furnishings used for events.
Mr Faries added: “We had a soft launch of Exclusive Home on October 11 and the response was extremely positive.
“Customers were delighted by the new style of products offered at a good price point now available in Bermuda.”
The Washington Mall store offers home decor with a rustic but modern look and the range includes sofas, dining sets, chairs, lamps, pillows, candles and wall decor among other items.
The Washington Mall store is open from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday and from 9am to 5pm on Saturdays.
